ARE YOU BRAVE ENOUGH FOR THE 89.7 BAY ARCTIC SURVIVAL CHALLENGE?

27 temperatures of solid pure cold, arctic conditions, miles from anywhere, with no shops, electricity, no showers or running water…. could you cope? 89.7Bay in collaboration with the SPCA are looking for 16 Challengers, male and female, to take part in this once in a life time opportunity, set in the pristine wilderness of Northern Sweden, surrounded by snow, mountains, starry skies, pine forests, frozen lakes and arctic wildlife.  Amongst the stunning scenery, you will be snow mobiling across the frozen lakes and up the windy snowy mountain paths to 2,500 feet, through the forests amongst the herds of reindeer and arctic wildlife. You will learn how to drive your own pack of 6 huskies on a sled, going far up in the eerily quiet mountains. Your pack of dogs, listening to your commands will run across the frozen lakes and mountains where you will stop for lunch for a bowl of reindeer stew. (Vegetarians are catered for). You will learn how to ice fish to catch your lunch, follow the tracks of wild animals, learn to build fires, shelters and snow holes as well as cross country ski-ing.  A magical experience never to be forgotten.
