Competitions - Terms & Conditions

Only one entry will be accepted per person.

If you are aged 16 or under, you must obtain permission from your parent or guardian before entering. Some Competitions will only be open to those aged 18 or over.

You must enter the Competition using your legal name and address. By entering the Competition, you promise that all the information submitted by you is true, current and complete.

Bay Radio reserves the right to request proof of identity in the form of your passport or ID card and proof of your address in the form of a utility bill.

You may only enter a Competition as an individual, any entries made by parties operating as a syndicate will be disqualified.

Participants must supply full details as required above, and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prizes. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently or where full details are not supplied.

Prize winners will be drawn at random (unless otherwise specified) from all qualifying entries and will be contacted by Bay Radio.

Only the winners will be contacted personally.

Bay Radio will only ever use your personal details for the purposes of administering the Competition and will not publish or provide them to anyone without your permission.

The prize must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred or changed. There will be no cash alternatives.

Bay Radio does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries. Proof of sending an SMS or email is not proof of receipt.

This competition is not open to employees or contractors of Bay Radio or any person directly or indirectly involved in the running of the Competition, or their direct family members.

The decision of Bay Radio is final in every situation including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.

Bay Radio reserves the right to cancel the Competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of their control.

Bay Radio reserves the right to disqualify any entrants and their submissions if they fail to comply with the Competition terms. The decision of Bay Radio will be final in all matters.

Bay Radio reserves the right to disqualify any entrants and their submissions if in our reasonable opinion an entry has been made or a prize has been won illegitimately and improperly by or on behalf of the entrant.

All Competition winners agree to their name and home town being announced on Bay Radio and published on the Bay Radio website and in the print media.

Participants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering this Competition.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Malta.

Any prize not claimed by the winner within 28 days from being contacted by Bay Radio will be forfeited.
